Shipping of items
Our smaller products and accessories will ship by Fed Ex or UPS.
Items that are to large or to heavy to ship by Fed Ex or UPS will ship by freight carrier.
For example: Fireplaces, large Mantles, Stoves, Fireboxes, Generators,
and large construction Heaters must ship by freight carrier.
Items that are shipped by freight carrier are subject to a residential delivery fee, this fee is charged
by the freight carrier for delivery to a residential address, it is not covered in our shipping charges.
These fees are approximately $60.00 -$100.00 and are collected by the freight carrier.
(Residential delivery fees are charged per delivery, not per item.)
If you have your order delivered to a commercial address, or if you pick up your
order from the local trucking company terminal when they call to make
delivery arrangements, this fee can be waived.
Someone must be there to sign for, and help unload all freight carrier deliveries.
Delivery is generally between 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri, and we instruct the freight companies to
call and make prior delivery arrangements.
Currently vent free indoor heating products can not be shipped to and California.
(Fire pits and Construction heaters can be shipped to these states)
Damage and Return Policy
We make every effort to make sure that your products arrive in good condition.
Please inspect all items and parts carefully at time of delivery.
If you receive any item that has a damaged carton or appears to have damage to the unit,
note all copies of the shipping receipt of this damage and get the name, phone number and the tracking number of the freight carrier, and contact us with this information within 10 days of receipt.
We can not honor any damage claim after the 10 day period.
If you wish to return a product you will need to contact us for a return authorization number.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and a return authorization number.
All returns must be returned unused and in their original cartons, with all the original documents, packaging and paperwork enclosed for credit to be issued.
The return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and there are no refunds on shipping charges.
